Internal dialogue is just a voice inside your head that you can hear in your head, a little like a ghost. Some people can hear them and some people cannot, but they are usually about the things you think about. I am one of those people who can hear my internal dialogue, and it can get annoying. Internal dialogue is going off about how something is going to go wrong or if someone is going to kiss me when I least expect it.

So, when my internal dialogue starts talking, I try to shut it up with any way possible. I barely notice what I am saying until someone else says it back in my head. If they didn't say it then something is wrong with me, because I certainly did say it!
